Refund Policy
Last updated: 17 August 2026. Applies to paid Metricgategrid enrollments confirmed by invoice.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to paid course seats purchased directly from Metricgategrid. Complimentary seats, partner transfers, and third-party marketplace purchases follow the seller’s terms instead.
Timeframe
Full refund requests must arrive in writing at least seven (7) calendar days before the cohort start date listed on your confirmation. Requests after that window are evaluated for partial refunds only.
Full refunds
If you cancel seven or more days before start, and you have not accessed live sessions or downloadable cohort materials beyond the public syllabus, you receive a full refund of tuition paid to Metricgategrid.
Partial refunds
Cancellations between six days and twenty-four hours before start may receive a 50% refund. After the first live session begins, tuition is generally non-refundable except where Thai consumer law requires otherwise or where Metricgategrid cancels the cohort.
Non-refundable items
Third-party exam fees, privately printed workbooks ordered at your request, and dedicated Fleet Analytics facilitation days already delivered are non-refundable.
Refund process
Email contact@metricgategrid.digital with your full name, invoice number, course name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days and state whether the request qualifies for full or partial refund.
Processing time & method
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution. Currency conversion differences are outside our control.
Cancellation by Metricgategrid
If we cancel or materially reschedule a cohort and you cannot attend the new dates, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra tuition.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or government-mandated travel restrictions may qualify for goodwill transfers or refunds outside the standard windows at our discretion.
